Beauty Tips
Healthy Nails First
and foremost, do not bite your nails no matter what.
And if you have the habit, now is the best time to quit.
With the habit cured, we can now focus on the very first step
towards a healthy set of beatiful nails by paying attention
to washing your nails regularly. Have a soft bristle nail
brush within sight of your shower or sink. You could make
it a routine mini spa session while you shower before going
to bed by gently lather some hand soap at your finger tips
and work softly with the nail brush both on the surface and
underneath your nails.
Rinse throughly and follow thru with hand lotion.
Forget about fake glued-on nails, they do more harm than good
to your nails. To get the ideal shaped nail, trim excessive
long nails and file your nails with a manicure set to prevent
painful breakage when you least expected it. Applying a coat
of quality nail polish will add luster and sheen while at
the same time strengthening you nails by giving it an extra
layer of protection.
