8 Steps to a Revitalised Skin

1) Start with your diet. Drink plenty of water, increase your portion of fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts. Changing how and what you eat is a great step towards total health and beauty and it will affect how your body performs and looks. The healthier you eat, the better you'll feel and let this radiate thru your beautiful skin. Regardless of your age, healthy eating is paramout to both your health and beauty.

2) Reduce and eliminate the stress that is so commonly reflected on your face. Paste a picture of your love ones or a post card of a picturesque or tranquil seaside resort within visible reach and take that 3 minutes "mental vacation" by imagining yourself relaxing in the picture whenever you need to loosen up on stress. Some people toil day after day and reward themself with a much needed vaction once a year. Well happiness and relaxation is a state of mind, with this you can be on a short vacation whenever you want!

3) Exfoliate regularly, about 3 times a week. Choose a delicate scrub you can use regularly before your beauty sleep to keep your face free of dead skin and allow it to breath.

4) Remove your makeup, you don't need them in your dreamland.
Use a moisturiser to remove your makeup and cleanser to wash your face before bedtime. Makeup clogs your pores as it seeps into them suffocating your skin.

5) Protect your skin from harsh sunlight, apply a thin film of skin moisturiser with a moderate SPF as your skin defense against the sun's UV ray.

6) Hydrate your skin especially in dry climate areas. Keep a bottle of moisture spray (easily available at beauty outlets) in you handbag, throughout the day while waiting for client or when having a short break, pump a breeze of mist and let it settle naturally on your face. Its also a great perk-me-up on a tiring hot day.

7) Be gentle to you face. Don't subject your facial skin to scratching, excessive rubbing, and pinching while applying makeup and going thru your beauty regime. And those unnecessary frowning really dosen't help unless your idea of beautiful skin have a place for wrinkled skins.

8) And lastly... Treat yourself to a Facial Mask whenever possible.
